ROB RAKER AND MICHAEL GILBERT

I made several trips to Ouray to visit Michael when he was living there fir a few years, often with other friends like Kevin Cooney and Rob Raker. We’d climb and mountain bike and drink beer - what we called summer camp. One time we did Mount Sneffels from Michael’s house, riding bikes up the Camp Bird road to the trailhead. In this photo taken above Ouray is Michael and the indomitable Rob Raker, who always has that same smile on his face.
