OZ

Oz is perhaps Tuolumne’s most famous climb, and for good reason. This pitch, the 4th pitch, is a perfect corner that swallows protection and is steep and exposed. The climb finishes by exiting to the left at the big roof above, but for those who want more excitement, the Gram Traverse moves right under the roof for two more very airy pitches. On this day, I was with Bo Earle and we did the Gram Traverse.
